Our SPLIT grade peanuts are what the grade implies. Mandatory and optional testing is performed by USDA and J. Leek Associates jlaglobal.com. Federal State Inspection Service (FSIS), which is regulated by USDA, grades each lot of shelled peanuts at our shelling plant. A Grade Certificate and Aflatoxin Certificate is provided with each load showing its compliance to the Grade Standards set by the governing associations. A variety of other optional tests can be performed by each customer’s request.
